Please allow up to 14 working days for our team to receive and process refunds for returned garments, and a further 5 - 7 working days for the refund to reach your account. 

We are currently unable to refund funds to any third parties therefore, all refunds will be given via the original payment method.


for sanitary purposes, we will not accept refunds on any of our intimate garments unless unopened/unworn, with all hygiene stickers and tags intact. These include:

  • Bodysuits;
  • Lingerie sets; and

  • Panties/thongs

All returns received by the HerAllure London team will be subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to reject any items that show signs of being worn, including but not limited to:

  •  removal of tag(s)/hygiene stickers;

  • wear and tear;

  • traces of makeup; or

  • traces of perfume.


Should you wish to exchange your order, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. 

Exchanges must be received in their original packaging, unopened/unworn, and with all hygiene stickers and tags intactTo arrange an exchange, please email with the following details:

  • full name

  • order number

  • reason for exchange

  • size/product you wish to exchange the garment for*

Please note, patrons are responsible for the cost of return for an exchange however, 

The cost to ship the exchanged garment is free of charge.

We require all garments to be sent using a tracked service, and encourage all patrons to retain their proof of postage. This is essential as returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until the item is received by the HerAllure London team.


*should the exchanged garment cost more than the original order, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference.
